PF 2E Focus spells for Champions?

How do I add focus spells for champions? (I don't see any option there).

Furthermore: I think the noble background is a bit bugged (skill selection for it). Either that or it is unclear to me where I define which of the 2 skills I take.

Focus spells get automatically added when you select the type of champion you are.

Skills are added on the Abilities->Skills tab which is where you add the noble's lore skills at. Once added you can set it as trained.

It gave me Lay on Hands even though I selected Liberator. I think that's broken. Should I file a bug?

Not a bug. You gain lay on hands with all three causes.
