I'm going to post this in every thread where people have been reporting issues (so sorry for the repetition):

Thanks for posting issues that you're encountering here in the forums. If you're posting an issue in the forum, please make sure it is accompanied by either an email to support@wolflair.com or a Bug Report.

The team will be looking at all the reported issues today, and may post updates in the various threads. Thanks for your patience!

I did make sure to post a Bug Report first.. then came here to see if anyone was also experiencing the same thing and or was able to figure it out.

That's totally fine! I just want to make sure all the newer forum members know the preferred method of reporting.

Ditto here. Now I can't even open the programs. It looks like it's opening but it just spins and no one is home. I sent email to support.

Liz I received the following message on the mail I just sent support:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Realm Works Serious Problem
Sent: 10/13/2015 2:26 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'support@woflair.com' on 10/13/2015 2:26 PM
503 Bad sequence of commands

I sent it a second time with the same result. I don't know if they got it or not but in the meantime the program finally opened. I don't know if it's server issue or what. Can you please pass this on to them since I can't seem to email them? Thanks.

You mis-spelled wolflair in the email address.

Heh. Looks like Liz did in her copy/paste notice.

Typo in Liz's post. It should be support@wolflair.com (she missed the 'l' in wolf)

It seems to be a widespread problem. I also have it. After 40 minutes loading finally realm works initiated. Unfortunately, when saving a topic, it crashed and it took another 40 minutes to load again.... and crashed again.

I already opened a bug case and I sent the automated crash report.

For those of you with the apparent hangs, it was a server issue that we've resolved.
