Hi,
I've been trying to create a Emperor's Children army. The list is not giving me the free champion with a favoured unit. Has anyone else had this problem? By the way I just purchased the AB 3.1, so it might be my own ignorance and not the fault of the software. Thanks, -Malakai |

Breaks down like this: 5 Noise Marines with mark of slaanesh 95pts add 1 aspiring champion with mark 32pts total 127pts It should be 13 points less as the upgrade to aspiring champion is free. I hope I have made enough sense for you to understand me. It's starting to fry my brain  -Malakai |

Try pumping the Marines up to 6 first, and THEN adding the champion.
You should see the marine list change to say favored when you hit 6 marines. |

ah, from the sounds of that last post I think I know what is going on. You must be creating an Emperor's children list as the favoured units and differernt weapons for dreads etc are only available there, not in CSM unit with MoS in a standard chaos list

Hi,
I found a bug in the chaos list concerning free Aspiring Champions of Khorne. Army builder does it right for Berzerker squads (World Eaters army) and Chosen, but not for squads of Possessed of Khorne. It calculates the points of the squad and gives the free Asp Champ as if the favoured number of Khorne was nine instead of eight for Possessed. (8 Possessed of Khorne incl Asp Champ = 216 points 8 Possessed of Khorne incl Asp Champ in Army Builder = 231 points) |

Oh, didn't know that, my bad.
I don't suppose you could tell me how to fix this myself (unless it's complicated) so I can help myself until the update is released? |

it does get complicated for this unfortunately, however if all runs to plan the update should b out by week-end so if you can hang on that long it is fixed in that release
