Just making an NPC with the Quick edge and HL is claiming a prerequisite is Hesitant?? That Hindrance disqualifies Quick if you have it. The only prerequisites for quick is a d8 agility.
Is there a way to adjust that? Granted it doesn't effect any stats or anything but the red lettering will drive me batty
