Since the update, I have not been able to login to HLO. I get a java error each time - Cannot read property 'access' of undefined.
Anyone have a solution? Running in Chrome - Windows 8.1 - Java 8 (191) Slightly different error on my Ipad |

Try changing your device name. Just add a number or something to make it different. See if that lets you in.

Same error. I've tried to login via Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Firefox.
Firefox did have a different error, though. Edit: Changing device name did fix it. |

In this case then I would advise using a Different device name per Browser. I use my computer name dash the browser name.
So my iPad has iPad-Safari my PC has Desktop-Firefox or Desktop-Chrome. This also will make things easier to know which device you left log in or other error messages more meaningful.
