So I've been getting an error when I try to load other demo games.
I've reached out to support but have only gotten one response from them after following the directions they gave to attempt to fix the issue. The last time on July 3rd and June 10th previously and neither time with no response. I've got a couple of purchased packages. But anytime I want to check out a demo for a non-purchased game, I keep getting the following error message. The error I keep receiving is: "The data files could not be loaded due to the following errors: Resource 'bullyellow' - Bitmap file could not be loaded: c:\program files (x86)\herolab\builtin\bullet_yellow.bmp" One of the support staff said to try: 1) In Windows Explorer, go to the "c:\Program Files (x86)\Hero Lab" folder. Delete everything in that folder. 2) Is there a "compatibility files" button in the window toolbar? If so, click it, and delete any files in there too. 3) Download and reinstall Hero Lab from our web site I have tried that, yet still getting the error. I've kept Hero Lab up to see if maybe it was a missing file, but nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated. |

Check your spam folder both on the Server and on your client. So if for example you have gmail make sure you log into the gmail website and check your spam folder.
LW support is very good about getting back to people and helping them. So any non-received emails is most likely in a spam folder. First off, I apologize for the lack of movement on this. Your emails have been received (they haven't disappeared into some email black hole). I talked to the Lead Developer about your support case, and you should expect an response from him in the next few days.
