Just checking before I post a bug report...can anyone add topics to the Mechanics Reference section? I click on it and it shows the the list of subtopics (characters, gamemastering, etc) and when I click the plus button there, it brings up the select a category section, with no categories listed. Is there a default list of categories for these?

no, there are no default categories for mechanics reference. In Manage->Categories, add new categories like "Race" to the "Article Categories".
