I'm just making some characters, and I noticed that neither land vehicles nor water vehicles are available as proficiencies, either from backgrounds (e.g , soldier) or from the Skills tab.
Am I missing something? |

5e does not specify every skill. Attribute checks cover everything not specified

It's there but backgrounds were broken with the last patch as the method for adding them has changed. It's on the priority list to go out with the next update.
