You can't email your list in a SINGLE format that serves optimally for both reading AND printing. Here are the available options:
1. You can save a roster as an ".rst" and email it, which will allow anyone with AB to load it and print it. But it's NOT a readable format. 2. You can save a roster as an HTML file and email it. This is a readable format (although not a great one) if the recipient has an email program that supports HTML (not all do). This format can also be printed with reasonable output. It's probably the best compromise. 3. You can save a roster as a text file and email it. The text format omits lots of useful information that you will likely want during game-play. It's primary purpose is for posting on forums for critique by others, since the format is compact and contains all the critical pieces of info for assessment, but omits all the extra details that come in handy during game-play.
