ARG, HA cannot be used?

So I tried posting this once, but didn't work for some reason?

Couldn't find posts about this. Mostly just bug reports.

I bought ARG and Horror Adventures.

I cannot use either.

I do not have all material required to use it.

(I would assume I would get all the material I needed to use the thing I paid but, but guess not?)

Does not say what else I need to use it.

Anyone know what I need to use what I've paid for? Are there any get-arounds for this? Can I upload my own content to it? Do I just have to buy all content for Pathfinder Herolab?

When you buy supplements you need to re-activate your license.
in the top menu: License->reactivate license

after that you need to make sure already made hero's have the new stuff turned on
you can access this menu by opening the portfolio and pressing ctrl+k or in the top menu: character->configure hero and than selecting the new bought supplements.

New hero's should have the material already selected

You can open that configure hero window.
And then enable every source that you have, and which you'd like your character(s) to have access to.

Click the button that says 'Set as Default'.
Then whenever you open one of your already existing characters, do the Configure Hero (Control + K) and hit the button that says, 'Use Defaults'.

Newly created characters will automatically start with whatever the defaults are.
