Help on making a table

I am doing an arch type that gives a war priest several Magus powers.
I want to make a divine version of Magus Arcana how do I create the table for the aracna? I know how to add new items to a table but do not know how to make a new table.

I figured out what I was not doing. I forgot to check the used by class for the classes that I was giving the ability to.
