ok i am leveling a friend's character to 3rd she pick to raise deception to expert level and she wants quick disguise but its still red to pick and says you need expert in deception but wont accept she dose

Raise a bug report for this from within HLO. A forum post is good for discussion of problems, but it is not a bug report and may not be seen or acted upon by LW.
