This was suggested in a different way by AEIOU titled Reveal for GM. I like his idea when you reveal partial information or only to some of the PCs. As a step before that I would like to suggest a check box for GM Direction. I'm running Broken Moon in the Carrion Crown Adventure Path. There is a lot going on during the investigation part and it's not linear. It would be nice to be able to check off GM information that I've already dealt with.

Sleet was enjoying a tasty beverage at his local tavern, when a Tarrasque showed up in the local area. He managed to valiantly get on it's back and ride it. How he did it is a mystery to this day...
