While I was in HL, I decided to see the breakdown of the cost of my equipment by mousing over Gear Value.
I see some items listed there that I do not have with my character.
Such as Bit and Bridle and also Riding Saddle.
I also see some items listed twice, not exactly the same wording but they are the same. For example I see, under Magic: Headband of Mental Prowess +2 (Int, Cha, Stealth) followed directly by (Headband of Mental Prowess +2 (Int, Cha, Stealth) (10,000gp) 10,000gp). In fact I do nto even have that Item.

Where is this coming from and why?

What game system are you asking about? I think it's either Pathfinder or d20, but all the things you've mentioned exist in both systems.

Pathfinder
I figured out why it is showing gear I do not have. It is showing it because some of it is on my mount and some of it is on my familiar. I just assumed it was showing the gear value just for the Hero I had selected. So that part is solved.
As to why it displays the way it does, like listing an item twice with its value twice, I am not over concerned about. Just curious is all.
