so sourcebook bundle two states that it includes a "plus at least one other book, to be announced as it's released.". is this book going to be chrome flesh? Cause I need to know if I need to buy it or not

No, the book in that bundle is not Chrome Flesh. Source Books are usually more about setting than rules. Chrome Flesh is a rules book.

Chrome Flesh is its own purchase. Candidates for other books in the sourcebook bundle would be things like Lockdown, Hard Targets, or the Other Shadows In Focus books.
