Inquisitor Domain Spells

I have an Inquisitor of Desna that should be able to add Fly to his spell list since it is a domain spell at CL 3. It is not showing up under my spell list though. How do I add it?

Inquisitors do not gain domain spells to their spell list.

That's why it's suggested you pick up Inquisitions instead.
