Has anyone completed the Adventures in Middle Earth 5e version for Hero Labs? I really want to start a campaign but I am so hooked on Hero Lab for creating characters.

In some cases never.

Unless LW can get an agreement with Cubicle 7 for their products, and get an employee or contractor at Cubical 7 to do the work it would fall to the community to reach out and get Cubical 7's permission to replicate their product in some form and distribute it (for free).

Not a lot of publishers are willing to allow that. WotC has been very nice in letting the community do what it does.

Even if they do, the community works on requests that are put in over at github. Just posting here doesn't make it an official request.

With Cubicle 7 terminating their licensing with Sophisticated Games, the intellectual property rights for AiME (and The One Ring) are probably a little confused right now. C7 created the bulk of the material for both games but SG has the license from Francesco Nepitello who (I think) licensed it from the Tolkien Estate.

Speaking as one of the few (only?) people still actively working on the Community Pack, I can say I will probably never have the time to implement this stuff. My focus is on the official 5e content, and we're almost 3 years behind on some of it.

That being said, I'm happy to provide advice or assistance to anyone who wants to program this stuff.

Found an issue with or have a suggestion for the 5e Community Pack? Please post it here at our GitHub.

Feel free to stop by the Lone Wolf Development Subreddit, for discussion of any and all LWD products and community efforts!

Once I can get the hang of some of the language and stuff, I should be able to help out Fenris. I think finishing up my homebrew stuff should give me the experience needed before delving into that.
