My DM uses the critical deck from Paizo and to get us to participate in it he gives us a Bonus feat at first level. How do I make Hero Lab do this?

You can use the 'Adjust' tab to add a permanent adjustment.

You can also create a house rules user file and just include it when you load up the game system
