Once you select a combat style as a 2nd level ranger, you can no longer select the feats that you are granted by that style. For example if you make a 2nd level ranger with two weapon style 4th level fighter, you can not select improved two weapon fighting as a feat. All of the prereqs are met, but the feat no longer even shows up on the selection list. This goes for greater two weapon fighting and the archery granted feats as well, if you take archery style.

Hmm... so if you were able to take the feat "early", what would happen when you reached the appropriate level of Ranger to gain the feat automatically? Would the feat simply be wasted? -- Colen McAlister, colen@wolflair.com Chief Engineer, Lone Wolf Development |

Yeah I've just noticed this... Two Weapon Defence shows up on the feat list and is pickable but Improved 2WF and Greater 2WF dont even appear on the feat list event hough the pre reqs are met by taking it as a level 2 Ranger feat
