Card Vault Authoring Kit

After over a decade away (and many new computers), I am interested in trying to get CV working for me again. I downloaded the base file from the site and tried to download the Authoring Kit update as well as some of the old game files. I can't seem to find the Authoring Kit on my computer to start creating new files, though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, many of the game systems returned "corrupted file" messages when I tried to open them immediately after download.
