3.5 Berserker Prestige Class to Pathfinder.

I am having trouble plugging in the battle fury ability and the beast shape ability of this class.

mechanic wise this is what i need for battle fury - +6 to Strength, +6 to Constitution, and a +3 moral bonus on Will saves, but suffer a -2 penalty to AC while in battle fury.
battle fury lasts for a number of rounds equal to 3 + the character's (newly improved) Constitution modifier.

for beast shape i need this mechanic wise - A number of times per day determined by level

Hybrids also gain +2 Strength and +2 Constitution.

While in animal form, the berserker gains the abilities and movement speeds of the animal

any help would be great.
