Tenebrous Spell (Metamagic)

i have the official data-set "Pathfinder RPG Campaign Setting #6" which gives this feat, it seems its missing its level adjustment for this feat. adding it to a spell with the non darkness descriptor still shows it as a +0 level adjustment for the spell.

is any one else having an issue with this feat?

Sounds bug-ish. You might want to report it. Do you know the link? it is on a sticky in the main forum.
