When I try to go to the store to purchase a new addon or data package, I get a server not available, reset connection page. Please look into this!

Hi there,
Are you using Internet Explorer? For some users, IE has a problem connecting to our sales web site. At the moment, our recommended solution is to download another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and visit the site in that browser, which should work fine. You can do so by copying the address out of internet explorer and into the other browser. Hope this helps! |

connected ok through chrome, I keep forgetting to try that. Windows 8 has a lot of website issues, don't think most people are ready for IE9 or IE10 (windows default). Thank you for your help, money spent .
