First time using the editor

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to use the editor to create a unique magic weapon. But I don't understand how to do everything i need to do. I was wondering if someone with some time on their hands could guide me through the process.

What I am trying to create is this: It's a +2 Greatsword, with an always active Flaming ability. It also has the ability to cast Fire Breath 1/day (except in a 20' cone instead of a 15' cone) The duration for this is equal to the character level of the wielder.
