Trying to figure out how to properly use this. It doesn't seem to be able to be taken multiple times.
Beyond that, how does a bard get a spell book so they can use it to fill their spell slot? |

Spell book - You would need to find one (via adventuring), buy one or have one created for you by a character that uses spell books.
If you can't get it to add multiple times - report that as a bug. Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew). HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP). DM and player of D&D since 1980. |

You should use the Pathfinder Bug Report Link to report the issues with Arrowsong's Lament.
I'm not sure how to get spellbook for a Bard that isn't one of the pre-generated ones, I'm afraid. You can get custom scrolls, though. Okay used the link to report it.
And I see, no way to get spellbook for it, unless they add something for bards. |

You can't buy an auto-populated spellbook that works with the Masterpiece, but for what it's worth there is an Other Adjustment that lets you add an arbitrary spell to a class spell list. It's clumsy, because you have to delete the spell you're replacing that day and select the added one in its place, but it kind of works.
