Ok, I uploaded a new set of files. These do save - we had exceeded
the number of certain commands in two of our options related to
spells. I also made most of the changes to fix the other errors
reported. I have also included the Knights of Silver Mountain to the
list of Knightly Orders. I have also created scenarios for the
different alternate lists in the Empire Book. The Crusader Army is
not fully developed because I haven't figured out what I need to do
to have the same knightly orders in both core and rare slots.
