We plan to briefly take down Hero Lab Online to deploy some critical bug fixes at 5:50pm pacific. We expect to be back up by about 5:55pm pacific.

On Thursday morning (January 23rd) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Friday morning (January 24th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online and Realm Works down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: Things are taking a bit longer than expected, but we expect to be back up by 11:30 am or a bit earlier.

On Wednesday morning (January 29th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

EDIT: We will be recycling HLO at 12:05pm Pacific to fix an issue. The server may be unavailable for a minute or so.
EDIT: We have encountered an issue with the recycle and are now investigating.
EDIT: Sorry for the delay, we have fixed the problem and are now back up.

EDIT: Apologies for the additional downtime, but we have to deploy again to fix a new problem that has been uncovered. We will be restarting the HLO server at 1:25pm pacific so it will be unavailable for 2-3 minutes.
EDIT: Everything is back up.
