Longer Names for Topics/Articles

So in entering my Paranoia info I ran over the character limit for Names. The Service Group typically called HPD&MC has a proper name of:

Housing Preservation and Development and Mind Control

(They're in charge of housing and the media.) It's 53 characters long.

Thankfully it's not normally written out, but it'd be nice if I could have the full name as the Topic title.

(This is an old one; I'm catching up on some of my notes.)

What was the limit you came across?

Change the "and"s to ampersands "&", and you're good in the example, but yes, I agree, more than 50 characters would be a good thing.

That doesn't match the source material, so nothing will link automatically.

(FWIW, I put in a bunch of aliases for this one. Thankfully this example almost never appears in the fully written out form.)

Short names caused me a problem with Timelines, as that is the only field it will display for some topics (Events I think it was). Making the timeline lacking a good description.
