From the announcement thread:

We're planning to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down on Monday morning (December 17, 2018) at 10 AM Pacific time to perform some maintenance and roll out some updates for Hero Lab Online. During the maintenance, access to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. We expect downtime to last no more than 1 hour.​
