What would be the attribute or id used if we wanted to increase or decrease Initiative as a result of a weapon accessory or bio-tech enhancement purchase?

I'm assuming that it's an eval script again.

I did one version of the script as such...
hero.child[trInit].field[trtInPlay].value += 1

and it applied the Initiative increase permanently.

I need it done when the weapon is equipped so I did..
if (isgearheld <> 0) then
hero.child[trInit].field[trtInPlay].value += 1
endif

And that doesn't do anything.

Also I'm not sure where in the Phase or Priority it should go but I've got it in Effects with Priority of 6000.

Any thoughts?
