Shapeshift modification help

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm trying to add to the drop-down list of available races used by the shape-shift ability available to Shamans, and also the length of time they can stay in the form.

Would anyone be kind enough to point me in the right direction? I've checked the race, the ability, and the spell but can't find what pertains to the list.
