Custom Abilities

hello, I need to recreate the mechanism of control of the inquisitor's judgments, but applying it to custom abilities.
I try and try again but I can not find a way to tell the hero of the ability activation tag.

Any suggestions on the syntax to use or on similar skills from which to take inspiration?
