In looking at the advertising, it doesn't appear that Vehicle or Mech creation is supported by HLO. Can anyone confirm or deny whether that is supported? Thanks!

Not currently, no. You can do things like add vehicle mods, but right now they just function like normal gear.

I'd be very surprised if mech creation came out any time soon ... especially given starships still aren't supported.
