Talk to a lawyer first.
"Give them away" can be interpreted as "selling for $0.00". The owner of the Intellectual Property has ALL rights to determine what you can and cannot do with it. It does not matter whether you charge for it; what matters is that you are using THEIR property in a way THEY did not approve. Doing anything without talking to a lawyer (and, better, a specialist in Intellectual Property) first is asking to be sued. |
