Hi,
This is a quick question. Is there a reason why some things on editor tool are non-copyable? I wanted to have a Elven Dervish Dancer archetype who, instead of using scimitar, would use Elven Curve Sword. The easiest (lazyest) way would be to duplicate the Dervish archetype and change the sword, but thats not possible, I was just wondering why. |

I believe it has to do making it more difficult for someone to give stuff away for free that others pay for.

It may also have something to do with the fact that Hero Lab downloads all the data for Pathfinder's various campaigns. All the additional licenses for things do is unlock and make the content available to you, the data is all there though. They probably don't want you just copying the data for licensed material you don't have the licenses for.
And Yes it is a pain to do things in the editor sometimes. I am nearly done converting the 3.5 Athas.org content for Dark Sun to pathfinder... This work has been very challenging for me, but I learned alot about the editor from doing it. |

Thanks AndrewD2 and RavenX for the answers. This make a lot of sense and I assumed it could be license issues or some kind of "a bug could happen if we let this open" thing.
I'm working slowly but steady on that Elven Dervish, hopefully it will end up nicely and bug-free |
