I'm creating a few high level wizards. In order to pick a spell as available to cast it first has to be in a spell book. At this high level adding spells in one at a time is very tedious.

So the question is how do I add spells to a wizards spell book in bulk? Does a way exist?

Herolab is a character creation aid, for the most part. The underlining aspect is having the character level one level at a time. Bulk assignments may be a feature for the Online version, once it catches up with the program here.

I'm not sure how smooth it would be, but if you set your Wizards to use physical spellbooks there are a number of pre-made spellbooks in Gear, or spellbooks that could be exported from Wizards in the Encounter Builder and transferred to the desired character, or you could make one base high-level spellbook on a sample Wizard and transfer copies to other Wizards.

Admittedly these are are still cumbersome processes, but it was the best I could think of.
