Any way of stripping content links from multiple topics at once?

I screwed up and chose ignore link when I should of chosen decide later
with lots of topics. Or if I add other topics with those names can I choose again?

E.G. I'm entering spells and every time fear appears I chose ignore link
but later on I will add the conditions and that is where I want fear to link to.
