Swift as the Wind Rule

When Swift as the Wind diveragence is set up bike squads are no longer aloud to be fast attack in army builder. Either they must be troopers or elites. With the wording in the codex this is understandable setting. After calling GW rule help line to make sure this is correct they said even when using Swift as the Wind bike squads can be selected as fast attack but do not the benifets of Swift as the Wind exept for the ability to select Skilled Rider.

One thing I would advise you though ... calling the rules helpline is not reliable, you can call five times and get five interpretations of a rule, they are not a reliable source of information.
