I'm not finding the Snap shot feat in the list of feats for my ranger. Is it hiding somewhere? 11th LVL Ranger

So that feat is from Ultimate Combat.
A) Do you own the license for Ultimate Combat? B) If recently purchased the license have you done the re-active of your license? C) If all the above is true have you opened up the configure your hero window (CTRL-K) for your specific character and made sure "Ultimate Combat" is check marked? Remember which books are allowed is SAVED inside the .por file.
