Elf Alternate Racial Trait "Dragon Magic" missing from "Legacy of Dragons"

Wanted to use the alternate racial trait for an elf, "Dragon Magic", which is from the "Legacy of Dragons" players companion. I bought and loaded it into Hero Lab and while it does bring in other alternate racial traits from the book correctly, it does not import the "Dragon Magic" alternate racial trait.

For example, it does correctly bring in another alt racial trait "Draconic Consular", but not "Dragon Magic". Your assistance clarifying if this is actually a bug, or if I'm just doing something stupid would be much appreciated.
