You guys are awesome and, I'm betting, seriously overworked. I love your product and am ecstatic that UP and Mastermind are finally here. Great stuff, but now for fixes to make it perfect!
Dimensional Control was one of my favorite powers from UP. I started making a character with it as his main power, and realized something didn't jibe with how I understood the power to work. Although it is based of Alternate Form, it should only be granting 2 power points/rank instead of 5 (which would make it the Best. Power. EVAH!!!). From what I can see in version 2.3, Dimensional Control does cost 2 points/rank ...
