UPDATE: Working with Kiros to get the bugs out of this. One thing we are missing is the Hindrances capability. (any combination of major and minor up to 4 points). CapedCrusader mentioned this capability had been added, but I am unsure how to implement it.

These files are ready to roll. May not be perfect, but are ready.

I believe they have been ready for some time, I don't know why they have not been released.

tatteredking or CapedCrusader any progress on this? It looked like it was ready to go in the fall, but it was never released. I loaded up HL today and updated it, which unfortunately seems to have broken this setting again. Can one of you look into that please? Thanks.
