Slayers brand help

First off Slayers brand is a judgment for the inquisitor archtype of kinslayer and falls under the special abiltiys tab in hero lab. So here is my problem all the other brands show up on the In-Play tab under Activated abilities but the slayers brand is not present. So is there a way for me to fix this that i am not seeing or is it a bug? Thanks for your time.
