convert v2 data files to v3

hi all

I have an old data file i want to convert to version 3 and then continue the development of it

on the site I found reference to a conversion tool, but I cant find the tool or any info on how to convert old v2 datafiles to v3

can any one point me in the general direction?

On the main page of our website, click the link to view the archive of past news announcements. Do a search for "converter" and you'll find the entry, along with a link to the tool.

I've made a start converting the old data file now

once it's finished I'll add it to the download site
