I'm pretty sure you're aware of this already but it says in the current bug list that "If you give a chaos chariot the Mark of Khorne, it not only increases the crews attacks by one each but also their strength.". The problem really concerns all types of chaos chariots except undivided. For some curious reason, the crew always seems to get a strength boost when marked.
