I am creating a custom race in HLO. I am able to add +2 to the scores I need to add to. But I am not finding how to subtract 2 from one score. Anyone know what this is called? Searching for ability and stat did not turn up anything.

This is in Starfinder. Ability Flaw does not exist.

Sorry. I should have thought to ask, given that the two systems have different ways to generate ability scores.

So what did you use to to implement your race?

Customize tab -> Permanent Adjustments -> Penalty.
That creates an Untyped pentalty, which works well enough for now. There's currently no way to make a specifically Racial penalty, only Racial bonuses. |

@Mods, Please move this to the HLO Starfinder forum.
Also, I have found a number of similar problems with creating Starfinder Custom races that I should probably posy bugs for, like the fact that "Cold Resistance" defaults to 10 and it will not allow you to adjust the value, or that there is not a good way to give a race a Land speed of 20 but a swim speed of 40 (I see you, Morlamaw). |
