The minimum size (5) with 9 additional is 14 Manflayers + Mengil for a total unit of 15 models.

You only allow 4 additional Manflayers + Mengil for a total unit of 10 models.

The Manflayers included in the minimum size are not the additional Manflayers - only the ones you purchase at 19 points per model are the additional models, and of these, you can have 9.
