Can anyone help me, how do I make and include an attachment? I thought id put a copy of the PC in questin up....dont wanna risk my existing copy on HL and not sure how to do it.

To attach a file on these boards, you have to be in "Advanced Mode" either by clicking Go Advanced at the bottom or clicking the Post Reply button. Within the dialogue, you should see a paperclip with a down button beside it. A dialog will pop up (if it doesn't check for blocked popus in your browser) indicating the types of files you can attach. For characters, zipping the file is easiest. Right-clicking the .portfolio file will generally give you an option to compress the file. If you have no other program installed, Send To generally has an option for it. Upload the file by selecting it via the Browse button, then clicking the Upload button. Close the attachment window, complete your message, and press Submit Reply.

thanx...i dont need to copy or export my portfolio or anything first....i really dont wanna screw my copy up haha. srry im a newbie.

Just to show that I can 'keep it within the limits'....(only 2 "free devices"- to represent some cutting edge tech the charater had madethat was always part of his concept.) Heres a pdf of another hero.

The .portfolio file is a discrete file that you can compress and send. Optionally, include .user files if you've made modifications to the rules set.
