How do I check highest level of Acrane spells castable

I need to confirm that a character can cast up to a certain level of acrane spells for a feat. How should I go about that, considering also that a character may have multiple classes?

Count the number of Hero.Arcane tags on the hero. A character who can
cast 0-level spells has one tag, a character who can cast 1st level
spells has two Hero.Arcane tags, etc.
