Has anyone found anything useful to do with the Event/Trigger type of "character?" It seems like it would be much more useful if we could set things like a specific round or initiative spot.

There are many things I'd like to be reminded happen at a certain point in a combat or encounter. But I haven't found any use for what is essentially a generic note for an encounter.

Have you tried adding a hazard as a placeholder?

That doesn't really solve the problem of having something that reminds me on a given round, and even using it as an initiative placeholder would require me to manually set the initiative when the encounter begins.

(And let's not get started on the atrocious Play tab display for hazards. Sadly, I've found it's generally easier to just use the hazard stat block from the adventure. I hope Lone Wolf puts some time into making hazards more useful in the future.)

Basically, my use case would be something that shows up (or is highlighted) on the appropriate round, like on round 4 you'd see the note "Monsters from scene 2 join now" or "If the party hasn't defeated X by this round, Y happens."
